Multi Language Country Names V1.0.0

This is the first release of Multi Language Country Names for Zen Cart.

Multi Language Country Names will allow you as a shop admin to enter country names in multiple languages. There will be a new entry for each installed language in your Zen Cart installaton.
In the store front, language names will be shown based upon the selected language.
When an accound is made, and/or an order is placed by a customer, the country name will be saved in that account/order, based on the selected language at the time of creation.
