Changelog:

• Updated SCFG_EXT code. Moved code out of libunds. Partly because mode switch cannot be used there without hanging the program.
• Added mode switch code to arm7 of akmenu4. dev launcher patch no longer needed to use this.
• Touch screen in the menu does not work unless you boot akmenu from a NTR mode hbmenu. This does not break touch screen for games. It only impacts the GUI of akmenu. You can use NTR_BootStrap to launch this instead if touch screen for akmenu's GUI is desired.
