Subscription Dashboard for YOUTUBE Data Analysis using Tableau

I am sharing Youtube subscription insights - A Data Analysis Project performed on Tableau in my journey into Data Science.

About Project 👨‍💻

• The main objective is to build a single page dashboard with key metrics, insights and visualizations on people involved in Youtube and determine the top most youtube channel by video count and video views.

• Data cleaning is performed using Excel

• Developed a Tableau Dashboard to perform analysis, producing quantitative visualization in Tableau to determine the top 10 rank.

Problem Statements

• Q1. Top 10 chnanel by video count and video views.

• Q2. Top 10 channels by subscription.

• Q3. Which category of channels are mostly watched?

Approach - Project Planning & Aims Grid

1. Purpose: What? Why? What do we want to achieve?

People involvment with the YOUTUBE platform, and identify key areas of improvement for other youtubers. Top 10 mostly watched channel.

2. End Result: What do we want to achieve?

An automated dashboard providing quick & latest subscription insights .

3. Success Criteria: What will be our success criteria?

Key metrics, category wise video and video count can help to improve the Youtuber performance.
