2.2 Changes:
1. Added support for allanime
2. Stopped using depricated ``which`` for shift key detection
3. Fix top button layering problems on mobile
4. You can no longer select the top btn's text on mobile
5. Add scroll to bottom to mobile, you can use this feature by double clicking the top btn
6. Finally re-added the hide top btn feature to mobile, it can be used by clicking and holding the top btn
