This PR changes the descriptions for the
preandsolverDocker directories to show how the package and service names relate. While skimming rendered documentation, many minor edits were also made. Note that I still don't truly know when to tag something in double backticks to indicate code versus when to use other formatting to match Ansys LS-DYNA entities. I'll have to get the LS-DYNA writer to review this documentation someday soon.
