Add PyFluent tutorial for species transport and gaseous combustion from the Fluent tutorial https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/public/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v242/en/flu_tg/flu_tg_magnus.html

The NOx prediction section is skipped as the NOx model is not yet available in the settings API.

Additional change:

  1. Build docs with 25.1 which is required for the new tutorial. One breaking has been found in the old tutorial scripts.
  2. Relax some conditions such that the direct settings classes can be generated from any Fluent version.
