  • Turning the public key registry into an encryption registry
  • Allowing SignerList members to appoint an EOA
  • Allowing to set the own public key or the public key as the appointed wallet
  • Update multisig's to allow appointed wallets to approve
  • Add getters to retrieve the effective encryption recipients list and to resolve the encryption status of a given account
  • Use the new test tree definitions
