⦁ Added /roll command: generates a random number from 0 to 200. It can take up to 2 optional arguments: a number from (optional) and a number to (required). For example, /roll 30 will generate a number from 0 to 30, and /roll 301 945 will generate a number from 301 to 945.
⦁ Added . prefix and uk translation to almost all commands except /start, /ban_me_please, /do_not_click, !promote, !my_role and !set_role

⦁ Revamped the priority system to restrict users: now an admin can restrict another admin who has less permissions.
