Image filters / effects

The purpose of the filter and effect is to enhance or change image properties, and to extract information from images such as edges, corners, and blemishes. Images become more visually attractive with filters and effects. Methods and libraries such as sobel edge detection filter, changing the color scale of the picture, blur filters such as mean filter, median filter, gaussian blur, have been developed for filtering and effect operations. The effect creates a smoother image by removing sharp features from the image. The light value of the image or the color value in the pixel is changed with the effect. It aimed to make the images look more beautiful by developing filters and effects.

With the .py file, hints about the designed functions and necessary functions are given. Since the file is basically not designed for the application, the functions contain operations for them. You can ignore them. Also, I've given the names of most filters and effects. So filters with these names normally don't exist and I haven't tried to do them

The purpose of this effect isreveal the object edges and show that on a black board.

SoftB&W
The purpose of this filter is develop a softened black and white image, instead of a sharp one.

Cartoonizer
This effect is intended to give a cartoon image.

Ashe
The purpose of this filter is give the image of grass with pencil powder.

BRoss Happy trees:D
The purpose of this effect to get an oil painting look, even if not as good as Bob Ross did.

Negative
This effect is intended to give a negative image.

Cool
This function applied to getting an image with a sky blue color scale.

CarbonPaper
It was aimed to draw the basic lines on the white board like copied from capon paper.

Warm
This function applied to getting an image with a warm color scale.

Master Sketcher
Expert drawing image obtained.

ColoredMasterSketcher
Colored expert drawing image obtained.

Emboss
With the emboss effect, it was aimed to apply embossing process by preserving the color values on the picture.

DownsideNeon
The purpose of this effect isreveal the object edges and show that on a black board with neon colors (its depend on image).

Marked
The purpose of this effect is,to take the image of the image marked in dim light.
