This PR is part of https://github.com/camunda/team-infrastructure/issues/432 where the Infra team aids the migration to Github Actions.
This PR does:
build.ymlthat runs the Maven tests, builds the Docker image and (ifmasterbranch) pushes that as:latestand (if git tagv1.2.3) pushes it as:1.2.3. See https://github.com/camunda/infra-global-github-actions/tree/main/build-docker-image for detailsThis PR aims for broad compatibility with the original pipeline.
