Sacré mine d'information ! 👏

J'ai rajouté quelques suggestions à la marge suite à une première lecture.
Je pense que le plan gagnerait à être clarifié (notamment la partie explication des cas d'usage des services avant de traiter la consommation de chacun des services).

Je suis peut-être aveugle, mais https://guidesetalabgouv-hp2btl1i2-etlb.vercel.app/geo/1-content-unsorted.html, ça vient d'où?

Supprimé sauf erreur: il s'agit d'un brouillon bien antérieur à cette doc pour parler des données géo en général. Retiré car pas l'objet principal ici.
