Add support for CN-GPU (FPGA-proof PoW), Turtle and fix for AMD driver problems (finally)

This release adds support for Cryptonight-GPU, a new FPGA-proof PoW for Ryo.

Warning! CN-GPU can use up to 75% more power than CN-Heavy, or 33% more than CN-V8. Please make sure your card is adequately powered and cooled.

This release also fixes a long-standing problem with some AMD drivers and implements support for the new Turtle PoW variant.
