This is a little Python script that runs in the background (probably on
people.acm.case.edu) and periodically (i.e. every 15 minutes) checks a list of
RSS feeds for updates. If it finds any, it notifies everyone on #blogs on
Slack, so interested people can read them.
This is intended mostly for promoting HacSoc members' blogs. Other tech blogs are cool, but you can check them on your own.
If you'd like your blog to be added to the notification list, add your feed URL
into the list in config.py, and submit a pull request! We'll only accept pull
requests from the owner of the blog being added!
NOTE: If you're on here, you should also think about adding yourself to the blog directory on the HacSoc wiki.
