Workspace tutorial

This tutorial is created for HuBMAP Data Portal Workspaces Fall 2024 Hackathon.

Set-up

This tutorial has five sections. Each is a singular markdown file or Jupyter notebook that shows a different side of the Workspaces.

First clone this repository. Then follow the instructions in the individual notebooks.
