Adobe Folio Webviewer

This is a straight forward implementation using the Adobe WebViewer SDK. For more information: http://lighthouse.adobe.com/staging/ContentViewerForWebSDK-2.0/

Usage: http://somedomain.com?product_id=folio.product.id&guid=guid

product_id: The folio publication product id
guid: The Adobe DPS account id (http://lighthouse.adobe.com/dps/entitlement/)
