v1.0.0 Birch Sliding USB Joystick

v1.0.0 of the Birch Sliding USB Joystick is the USB variant of the previously named Birch Mini Joystick.

With this version, the USB and analog variants of the Birch Joystick previously called Birch Mini Joystick-U and Birch Mini Joystick-A are now two separate devices. This device is the USB variant and now has a new name (Birch Sliding USB Joystick), and the analog variant is now the Aspen Sliding Joystick.

The Maker Checklist, Assembly Guide, and 3D Printing Guide have also been combined into one document, the Maker Guide.
