UIWebView is deprecated and what is more important Apple doesn't accept into AppStore new apps with usage of UIWebView, quote from "App Store Connect": ITMS-90809: Deprecated API Usage - New apps that use UIWebView are no longer accepted. Instead, use WKWebView for improved security and reliability. Learn more (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/uikit/uiwebview).

Apple не принимает новые приложения с использованием UIWebView.
