Project #3: OS Scheduling Algorithms

Overview:

This project will simulate a scheduler scheduling a set of jobs.

The project will allow the user to choose a scheduling algorithm from among the six presented in the textbook. It will output a representation of how the jobs are executed.

How to run:

1. Download the .jar file under releases.
2. Open Command Prompt (Windows) or Terminal (Mac and Linux) and run the jar file with

   java -jar proj3.jar <algorithm>
   

3. Or, compile with ant by running

   ant clean build
   ant Proj3
   

NOTE: Java 1.8 (or higher if running ant) is required to run this program.
