Fixed a bug where, if the pufferfish mode is turned off, then the boss would become invincible after fighting for a while
Cleaned up existing assets
Removed several unused assets, reducing the file size.
Changed the color effects system so that there are three different modes. A quality level, a performance level, and off completely.

Sound bugfix
Fixed a bug where the stun sound effect for Inferno King Grimm wasn't applied to the correct audio channel, causing it to be played even when the audio have been muted from the options menu.
