Beta Versions

Beta versions should be in the form 0.*

Once it has been approved through the testing process it should move to an official release version

Release Versions

1.0. should mark the initial release of the analyzer (major.minor). If compatibility with previous versions of OE is broken, the major version should increment. If fixes/security patches need to be made, the minor version should increment.
