- Added some details to ReadMe about adding MSBuild.exe environment variable to PATH.
- Removed references to MonoGame Pipeline Tool which is no longer included with MonoGame.
- Added details to ReadMe on how to add environment variable to PATH for MSBuild.exe - Added a bit to the script to allow forcing execution.
No longer included with MonoGame.
