Everything here goes inside "<place of "repo init">/.repo/local_manifests"

Folders with ROM names (ex: AOSPA) should be excluded of this, we're only going to use the files inside each one (ex: pick "ghost.xml" from AOSPA folder and put the file in local_manifests)
