Solution Packager with cdsproj Demo

Below are the objectives of this sample repo.

1. Demonstrate how to use Solution Packager params in cdsproj to build managed and unmanaged solutions.
2. Demonstrate how to use mapping file to re-map Plugin assemblies and Webresources.
3. Using dataverse-ify v2 to generate early-bound TypeScript files for use in Forms and/or Ribbons.
