I'm Shayan, a software engineer interested in innovative and impactful ideas on how to improve the way we do development like functional programming, sound and expressive type systems, etc. and of course languages on the BEAM.

In recent years I've been involved with developing some packages for the Gleam programming language which I've always thought(and still do) has the potential to bring all the interesting ideas in the Erlang/OTP ecosystem to the forefront of our industry so that more people can benefit from them.

I've also contributed to the language itself and still try to find ways to be useful to the community. Hopefully your sponsorship would enable me to provide even more support to this great community so that we can help more people enjoy using this great language and at the same time, make their projects more robust and reliable.
