Flappy Bird Clone v1.1

Changelog for v1.1:

• added clouds and ground
• added more debug mode features: (press d to enter debug mode)
  • added ground + ceiling immunity

smaller changes:

• fixed bizarre bug where pipes would only spawn on the lower part of the screen
• fixed jump bug that made game way too easy (it allowed to just hold jump button and win)
• miscellaneous changes that are too unimportant to make it here :3
