Major New Feature
- Added list sheet on main screen that shows all merchants within map view in a list (still needs sorting with categories)
- Modified interactions between lists and map so that map annotations and the list play nicely
- Add a Directions and a Share button to the main element view
- Fix a few bugs:
- Community icons on list view
- New decoding error on element tags
