This thesis presents a new IoT-focused attack dataset and a Siamese neural network IDS designed for IoT networks. The model, benchmarked against TON_IoT, demonstrated high reliability in detecting attacks and was successfully deployed on an ESP32 for real-time testing, offering a lightweight, effective IDS solution for IoT Cybersecurity.
