主动提升 umi、father、typescript 和 dumi-afx-deps 的版本声明，避免 PNPM 8 始终安装最小匹配版本导致用户一直使用的是旧版底层依赖
另外 dumi-afx-deps 最新版已优化 PNPM 解析速度，所以文档也一并进行更新
