Added Nasa Satellite image

The Nasa Satellite image will allow you to see the past incoming weather and this allows you to work out what the weather may do today and perhaps also next few days. This should be read in conjunction with all the other forecasts and synoptic charts.

More features added

Removed the need to have 3rd party dlls to work out distances across the earth, we now do it using lots of trigonometry functions.
Added additional features to work out fuel load, speed and distances.
In navigation include a chart of the airfield with the data about it and rationalised what data we show. Data now is relevant to making a decision about the flight.

Changes mainly made to the navigation area to remove third party dll's replacing them with our own algorithms, also include mechanism to get maps of all the airfields. A few other minor changes to various screens.
