HR Analytics

HR dataset was analysed using R to predict if an employee would be promoted

Dataset used: HR Analysis Case Study Dataset from Kaggle

Steps performed:

  1. Data cleaning
  2. Visualization
  3. Preprocessing techniques (Feature Encoding and Dimensionality Reduction)
  4. Modelling (KNN, SVM, Random Forest)
  5. Testing
