Chatted with Jen about how to get "Send replies" feature in. Large feature that touches a lot of code. Break it into gpg related features (key import, encryption); get those in & merge, then add features.

Would like to get https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop-client/pull/62 merged as it will ease future client dev.

Tried reproducing OSSEC key error. Unable to repro. Will continue on this front.
