- We've completed two QA runs (VMs, cron-apt update, NUCs and Mac Mini)
- One new issue opened for Journalist Interface reply handling: https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop/issues/5543 - not a regression but relatively small, Kev will attempt fix during QA period.
- Pre-release messaging going out today by end-of-day
- Kushal will potentially do clean VM install tomorrow
- Allie will copy Alembic upgrade testing logic from SecureDrop into SecureDrop Client as part of fixing https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop-client/issues/1149

- Fixed up three open client PRs as feedback from reviews came in
- Created a data migration to address the journalist_id issue: https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop-client/issues/1149 and started work on writing test infra code to test migration upgrade and downgrade scenarios

- Starting on SDK changes to support /users and seen/unseen
- Continue work on adding test code to test alembic migration upgrade and downgrade scenarios
- Standing by to help with template consolidation if needed

- NUC8 testing: see issue 5304. Thanks Mickael for pairing with me this am. Have some new steps to try and some followup support offered from Conor. Also, at k-ev’s discretion, if these steps i’m trying now fail, willing to drive the server to TO today
- Will also have a kernel for kev we can try on the NUC10s to see if resolves ethernet/NIC issues (?)
- General hw: also compiling list of NUC alternatives, will discuss in support sync. Reccos welcome.
