Responded to PR review comments for both Print PRs - added regression tests, made a couple fixes, and added helper functions to create and clean up hardlinks to data files

 They are ready for another review

Reworked https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop-client/pull/612 and did a bunch of network testing, opened a couple issues with steps to repro
