• Fix merged in Tor 0.4.5+ https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/core/tor/-/issues/40237

• Does Tor Browser / do Tor relays need to be updated?

  • Informal advice from Tor: updates to clients/servers will be required, but network should be relatively stable for now

  • (Mickael) If there is a release during the QA period, we should pull it in, otherwise we can release OOB

  • (Conor) We may even want to accelerate releasing Tor package
