Release updates:

• Signing ceremony for 0.13.1 release tag is done and ready to push
• Mickael has signed off on release comms; docs PR backport pending (Erik will do after standup)
• There was a minor issue w/ bandit (behavior change in specifying paths), fixed and backported to release branch
• Small CI fix that is only in the release branch
• Ready for pre-flight testing once tag is pushed

Today:

• push 0.13.1 tag after this meeting so deb build can commence, other normal release tasks
• will do securedrop-proxy update_version.sh script and update CI job for deb packaging (i.e. reopen https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop-proxy/pull/36)
• will look at whatever is going on with the weird exception behavior discovered in securedrop-client retry PR (to figure out if its my diff or the SDK)

• Built a new kernel this AM (vuln in Linux networking stack) for 0.14.0
